New Training Method

I have been working with weights for over 20 years. My body has been breaking down with the wear and tear of heaving lifting. My shoulders are suffering the most. This new method of training allows for working out using your own body weight and not using bulky heavy weights. Size does not matter, but the necessity of staying fit is a priority. With the PT Straps, I can workout vitually anywhere. I will begin posting video soon.
